Refund Policy - DhindsaTravels

DhindsaTravels processing fee applies to refundable fares. Cancellation is only allowed by telephone. Refund requests will be accepted only after the following conditions have been met.

All cancellations must be made through our representative and the passenger must receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

There will be no refund for No Show reservations.

In case we have an exemption from the airlines, please finalize. For this we will need at least 7 business days. The exemption request is subject to approval by the airline's help desk.

Refund Term: After cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the refund amount. This notification is only an acknowledgment of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund. After receiving your cancellation acceptance email, our refund department will work with the airline refund desk. After approval, it will take 8-10 weeks for airlines to refund the amount. DhindsaTravels will charge the cancellation fee in advance. In case of denial of refund, this cancellation fee will be refunded to your account.
